  • Must hold a valid drug license (state or central) appropriate for distributing pharmaceutical products.

  • Registered business entity (proprietorship / partnership / company), with proof of business address.

  • Adequate experience in pharma distribution / sales is preferred (1-3 years), though fresh partners may be considered in areas where we need coverage, subject to stricter initial orders.

  • Must have a minimum educational qualification — usually 10+2 or equivalent. For some products, a diploma / degree in pharmacy or related field is an advantage.

  • Should have or be able to set up basic infrastructure: storage facility maintaining required temperature and hygiene, transport / delivery capability, et

  • Valid Drug License (WDL – Wholesale Distribution License, or equivalent) covering the state or area of operation.

  • GST registration certificate.

  • PAN card.

  • Identity proof (Aadhaar / Passport / Voter ID) and address proof (electricity bill, rental agreement, etc.).

The initial investment depends on the product range and territory. Some approximate guidelines:

  • Minimum first stock order value: this is set depending on the product line you are selecting; lower in small territories, higher in large territory.

  • Infrastructure costs (storage, transportation) are borne by the distributor.

Gynemphasis can grant exclusive / monopoly rights in a defined geographic area under certain conditions:

  • The territory will be clearly defined in the franchise agreement.

  • To maintain exclusivity, you will need to meet certain minimum order volumes or sales targets. Failing which, the exclusivity may be withdrawn.

  • Duration of the exclusivity period (e.g. 1 year, renewable), subject to performance.

  • Renewal terms will depend on fulfillment of agreed sales volume, timely payments, compliance with policies.
